Absolutely ridiculous I paid my balance in full got my receipt printed I clearly asked "now I'm done. I owe Absolutely nothing. She confirmed The account is closed." She confirmed. A month later I get money taken out of my account? some sort of hidden b.s they can't even explain it. I went there in person to pay off and close everything the worker didn't mention anything. Now I have this? I owe Absolutely this is literally stealing money.
