EasyFinancial made the process simple and quick. I was approved fast, and the staff were friendly and helpful especially Sruthi.
SCAM!!!! Be warned, very unprofessional lady on the phone, they sent me 800$ less then my loan amount, then after 3 months when I noticed I called to ask what the reason was and the lady said I was subscribed for some home insurance and something else that I never agreed to, apparently that the way it works your signed up for it then you have to call and cancel, then the will reimburse you with a check 4 weeks later!!! I’m really unhappy with my experience here, especially with Mandeep , the manager. He gave me wrong and confusing information just to get me to take the loan. Nothing was explained properly, and once I signed, he stopped answering my calls and didn’t help at all. His attitude was rude, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. Honestly, I feel like I got tricked. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with him to anyone. Be careful.
