I had a loan experience with Easyfinancial. Documents upload part was quite detailed and a bit too long for me. HOWEVER, overall service was nice. More importantly, Aadi was really helpful, and he followed up just on time, and he has been really informative and professional. My special thanks to him. Also, obviously the management of the branch is doing their job really well. Hats off to all of you guys. I will most definitely will do more business with you in the future.
BEWARE😢 Be careful about giving your debit card to the staff at this location. I was paying my account and I expected a POS machine to complete my payment and the front desk took my debit card and started typing my debit card number on his computer. What was his reason for taking my debit card numbers when I could just TAP or insert my debit card to a machine for my payment. My experience with EasyFinancial’s Branch 2612, under the management of Abhi Nair, has been deeply upsetting and concerning. In August 2023, I was pressured into refinancing my loan without understanding the financial consequences.
