Received a call from Carleton Place. The man I spoke to was ignorant, rude, condescending and downright disrespectful. They need customer service training. Terrible experience.
Seemed very unorganized, well as the customer service was unprofessional, calls barely answer and when numbers didn’t match front end said “womp womp” instead of showing any concern
