Total breach of privacy happened today! I went last week to make a payment for a friend to help them out a bit, and was not 'allowed' to receive their balance. Of course not. Today, just before closing, I made another payment, and the agent gave me a receipt with the customer balance! Never liked ez financial. Never borrowed from ez financial, they're rates are absurd, and now they have an agent that breaches privacy! Borrower beware!
