Marissa and Melanie were both there to assist me today with a warm welcome. Smooth transactions and transparent guidance. I wanted to note this branch has some truly great employees.
Would not recommend this company to anyone. They took advantage of me and one of my friends as we were young. Took out a $5,000 loan, and they locked me in at a 49% interest rate. Knowing the laws now, 50% is illegal. Staff might be friendly but they do take advantage of people. Would not suggest going with these guys, and honestly hope they get audited and closed down. Terrible company. Would rate 0 stars if I could.
This branch is by far the best one , Wanda and Melanie are like no other! Truly kind , knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to be there for the client. I live in Vaughan but have only dealt with them . If you’re looking for great honest customer service these two ladies are your best bet!
