after applying for a loan online 2 weeks prior, i constantly was having to resend-re enter- and speak to over 3 different people who did not seem to communicate with eachother on where they were at on my application. while inquiring to speak to a manager, i reached carly at the local branch to ask about why they were saying two different things from two different people about my verified income- i was spoken over and not listened too. very poor management when it comes to having other people have access to your financial det... read more

They go above and beyond to accommodate to help people, always checking it to make sure I’m doing good, always update me on new pre approval loans. Very happy, amazing people to deal with.

Staff at easy financial were great. Very friendly. The only thing I think was overboard is the appraisal and what they required before getting a secured loan. This is something new within the last 2-3 years, FYI if you have a modular/trailer make sure you have anchors installed on all 4 corners or they will decline your application!!!
