I am so confused about my loan because they gave me a loan then they said that they are going to offer me a good deal to help build my credit. They said that they are going to apply for another loan of 5000 then it will only be "on paper". I asked if that was fraud but they assured me that it was only to build my credit and that it's only a "program". Would not recommend, very unprofessional service. Said we were approved for a higher amount but paperwork showed a different amount and when the money was sent it was again a different amount from the paperwork. The management did not listen to our compliant. Was promised they would fix the mistakes only to be told some basic rhetoric on how it doesn’t matter and they would not change anything. Would not recommend

after applying for a loan online 2 weeks prior, i constantly was having to resend-re enter- and speak to over 3 different people who did not seem to communicate with eachother on where they were at on my application. while inquiring to speak to a manager, i reached carly at the local branch to ask about why they were saying two different things from two different people about my verified income- i was spoken over and not listened too. very poor management when it comes to having other people have access to your financial det... read more
