Do not get a loan with these guys, it was the absolute worst decision we ever made, it crippled us for the whole duration of the loan, and when we paid it out when we redid our mortgage, they charged us 6 months in interest plus the interest of a few months that we had to defer due to financial issues, which didn’t take anything off the Loan cause we deferred, they charged us $6,500 on a $66,000 loan just pay the loan out, please re think your situation before getting a loan with them, a employee at the branch told me that w... read more
I originally postes a review about how pleased I was with Vid and how amazing she was to work with, quick to respond to emails and calls, she ensured the entire process was quick and effortless. Recently I had an opportunity to speak with the location Manager, who truly strives to ensure great customer service experiences. She is compassionate and caring and offered assistance even though I am not a customer of their location.

Recent events have lead to an edit update, this location obviously doesn't place customer service high on their priority list. In fact in my opinion it is rock bottom. Would not recommend this location at all.
Cloe was are financial assistant and she s awsome. Very good experience from start to finish with people that care. Highly recommend easy financial to everyone. Thank you cloe for all your hard work.
