I had a great experience with easyfinancial, and I especially want to highlight Saahil for his outstanding service. He was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain all my loan options and terms. The process was smooth and stress-free, and Saahil made sure I felt comfortable and informed at every step. Truly excellent customer service. Was short on rent and so reached out about a loan. The agent Saahil helped me over the phone and mentioned I was pre-approved for 10-12k loan. I mentioned I didn’t need this much I simply needed 1k. We continued the application over the phone and I was told I didn’t even need to come into the branch to finish the transaction (great!). He said he would complete the process and get back to me at 6:30pm on a Friday. He then called 8 mins before they close to congratulate me on my 10k loan. The staff were very helpful, great communication, Melissa the branch manager helped me at every corner! I would totally recommend as I have had a great time with this branch.
If you’re in financial peril these vultures will take you for all you have. Speak with your bank and dont go through them. They prey on desperation. Truly an awful criminal institution.
