Clients put into a 5 year term second mortgage and Jagriti knew their first mortgage was maturing in one year. Told folks it would be a problem. Well folks it’s a very BIG problem and no one seems to respond to the questions at hand. HORRIFIC you will never pay off a debt here! You will be trapped. Don’t do it.
POOR REVIEWS DONT GET POSTED. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PAY OFF. Trapped clients into a five year second when their first was maturing in 12 months. Over $24000 in fees and penalty’s. plus payments.
If it’s the female employee, I’d give more stars. The man, Raj does not work ethically and is more concerned about making the sale than working with the person. Added services to our contract after EXPLICITLY saying we don’t want any additional services outside of our loan. He then proceeds to add an additional $700 service and use language as if it’s part of our loan amount.
