My daughter was in North York General Hospital (Toronto, Canada) Emergency Department due to multiple medication interactions including high dosage antidepressants and pain killers. I can't recommend this company. First of all, the company shows that they are located in Toronto, which makes you think they are a Canadian company - but they charge in USD. Secondly, I purchased and received no information or confirmation until I e-mailed a week later to ask for an update. Then they finally sent the test kit. The company also does not advise you in advance that you have to pay to send the samples back via tracked mail; you only receive this information upon receiving the swab. UPDATE. The Toronto office finally advised they received my sample after about a month. Once I received confirmation the samples had arrived at the lab in Austria, the DNA report arrived in about 3 weeks. The report itself is excellent and I am pleased with it. I chose this company because based on their Toronto address on their website I thought I was dealing with a Canadian company, which turned out not to be the case. Should be called "Not So Easy DNA...$Very Expensive And you have to pay to ship it Back? No thanks. That's the mistake I made and I will not use this company again nor would I recommend. You can find Lots of companies like this out there. Please do your research before Trusting your hard earned money to a company before paying them.
