Scam. Rubbish service, swab test was sent. Was told it never arrived at the lab after spending $500 for the test, A month later I asked for a new test so i could just do it again which I was charged a further $50. This one was sent out with out a return envelope, so called both nz and aus company numbers. No answer or answer phone to find out where to post it. Absolutely hopeless company so far. My brothers completed tests on Feb 18 and still waiting for results!

Please do not order any reports from them They are scammers! I ordered a genetic methylation test, paid $400, and waited a month, only to receive a three-page report filled with numbers and letters. I immediately called them and pointed out that the sample report on their website looked nothing like what I received. They told me they had changed the format three weeks ago.
