Was easy to order online and received in the mail within 48hours. Got results 7 days after. Fast and easy, lots of options to give dna.
I used the online service and communicated through emails. The process over was easy although the paperwork needed a bit more reading. Overall a great service.
Scam. Rubbish service, swab test was sent. Was told it never arrived at the lab after spending $500 for the test, A month later I asked for a new test so i could just do it again which I was charged a further $50. This one was sent out with out a return envelope, so called both nz and aus company numbers. No answer or answer phone to find out where to post it. Absolutely hopeless company so far.
