I purchased a $42,000 vehicle. I addressed several issues with Richard that had to be sorted as part of the settlement. He said yes they would sort them all. I have had to take the vehicle back twice and I am still disappointed as not all the issues I raised were resolved. They said it would have a 'full valet', but it looked like a quick vacuum was done.
