Both Alex and Darian have done a wonderful job both educating me and highlighting tips to end mouse and rat issues. Professional, timely, and effective. Easy to schedule and responsive.
After Several days of email exchanges we agreed on a time and date for service. Then 2 days before the appt I was told that date wasn't available. When I said I could only do the date we agreed on " somebody called last minute" but now I have a 4 instead of 2 hour window. When I agreed to that timeframe I was then told that I need to Zelle $200 to secure the appt. I refused and asked " If You decide not to show up, what are my remedies for a refund" of which I was not given an answer. Sketchy way to do business, I'll pass...
Easy Way Pest Control made an A+ customer service move by coming back when I was 30+ minutes late by returning and not making a big deal of it. Just wanted to say thank you to Darian, Alex and David for not only doing a good job but being flexible.
Thank you Easy Way for a thorough job getting rid of bees. The bees did relocate nearby and your technician came out again and took care of them. So far bees have not returned. Thanks again, great job!
We are so glad we hired Easy Way Pest Control for our condo needs! They were very responsive and did not do any of the annoying hard sell of additional services that we didn't really need. Alex and Chris were our techs and their service was very punctual, friendly and professional.
