Very professional and great customer service
This started in February of 2025 DMV paperwork and money was taken from me and one thing lead to another and here we are December 2025 and still no title transfer and no paperwork. I have called numerous times over the months and I mean MONTHS to the point of them not returning or answering my calls anymore. 1-Star Review I came to this office to register my Toyota Sienna as a commercial vehicle for business use. I clearly explained this from the beginning. The staff entered the information, processed my payment, and I left thinking everything was done correctly. When I later submitted my paperwork, I was told the vehicle was registered as “automobile,” not commercial. Mi hijo fue a aplicar por su itin haces meses pago y hasta ahorita nada y ella solo dice que uno tiene que llamar al irs y ahí me dicen que no aparece en el sistema🤷
Worst place to come to do any DMV service, I came to pat my tags,but the truck needed a service recall so took it to the dealership brought the paper the same day and took almost a month and nothing. Came with other guy to pay other tags, he was quick. I tell him about this problem he check at the DMV website and said that nothing was proceed yet. So I came and ask to get my paper work and money back I told the I wasn't leaving until I get everything. People please don't come here...
