I and my Bestfriend have been renting a nice house from Lisa and her team for almost 4 yrs now, and they have been a great to respond to any issues in a timely manner. Lisa and her team are very friendly it’s nice to have a property Manager that’s easy to talk with and not feeling judged.
Our experience with Easy Street Realty has been phenomenal from the beginning! We just completed a 3 year lease to move into our dream home, but still sad to part ways. We lived very comfortably in this home no issues. Lisa and her team made it that much more pleasant. Very professional, communicated well, any maintenance repairs (which weren’t many) were taken care of promptly and flexible around my schedule. I highly recommend them. Thank you for such a great experience!
Do NOT work with this company. The owner, Lisa Zeller McAffee, is a poor excuse for a property manager. Throughout my interactions with her she has been a horrible communicator and has failed in every way to be an ethical and responsible property manager. It took an entire month of emails, phone calls, and texts for me to get my microwave replaced and replace a broken garbage disposal. I’ve been with this company since 2017-2021 lived in the same unit the entire time and my landlord was Lisa Zeller. She’d help time to time with late fees but her response time takes forever, she is very rude when she does respond... if she responds. The unit recently went up for sale and she wanted to let strangers in my home during a pandemic and I wasn’t comfortable with it and she went on to tell me how I’m not allowed to deny showings.
