My son has been riding with this company for months and was witnessed this week by an independent CASA volunteer to have punched my son in his arm when my son was refusing to exit the vehicle. A police report has been filed and we are taking action to have this driver removed from service. Answering machine. Last thing you want is to wait for a call back when you need help. If you can't have someone answer the phone, then you should not be helping handicapped people.
