The back tire on my bike blew out right before my trip to travel (go figure), so I called Easy Rider Bikes and was told it wasn’t a problem and they could fix it right away that day! The owner helped change my back tire in 10 minutes, no problem, very affordable, and was super kind. He even helped me load my bike back into my car. Thank you so much for the kind, quality work on such short notice!
We have finally found a wonderful bike shop. My husband and I tried 2 other shops when we first moved to Charleston 7 years ago. A neighbor told us about Easy Rider Bikes about 5 years ago & we've been steady happy customers since. We definitely are blessed to have found Easy Rider. A bike shop where you can bring your bicycle for a tune up or if you have some major problems. Marshall is really knowledgeable and friendly. He has a small shack behind Play it Again Sports but he has everything he needs to take good care of your bicycle. It took him a few days to finish the tune up but I got a text when it was ready. Priced were great and quality of work was excellent. He even gave me advice for a couple extra bike questions I had. Highly recommend
Marshall saved the day for us! Super nice and professional. The new bicycle we bought turned out to have a defect that could not be repaired. We have been searching for a larger bike for quite a while and no luck with the bike shortages. Marshall found my son a gently used bike that is better quality than the new one and gave us a great price. Dropped off yesterday and my son is out riding his new bike now. Thank you Marshall!!
I am new to Mt. Pleasant and had a need to have an Italian bike serviced. I was referred to Marshall and it was a tremendous experience. He is super responsive in the middle of the pandemic and was incredible to work with. I would give him 5 stars for sure and recommend anyone use his company for their bike service and repairs!!
