Very poorly managed enterprise.
If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a joke of a rental car service. I reserved a rental for an unbelievable rate and called them afterwards about how to retrieve the car after arriving in Orlando. They informed me to call their number and they would pick me up. After 2 attempts at calling I receive a text back asking for my reservation number and provided them my booking number. They proceeded to tell me to go to Floor 1 Door A12 or B12 (There is no Door A12 or B12 at the Orlando airport) then asked me what Ter... read more
We rented a Kia Sorento in Orlando, but the car didn’t quite suit our needs. The company quickly arranged a replacement without any hassle. Communication was great, and they responded fast. Drop-off at Miami airport was smooth and easy. Overall, a very good experience!
Uważajcie na tą wypożyczalnie !!!!!! Nie oddają kaucji za samochód , po wielu telefonach blokują numer telefonu i nie ma z nimi kontaktu ! Uważajcie !
