If there was negative star I would have given that. We bought a new commercial cooler from them and it started to show problem with a week and after that it completely stopped working. Despite numerous calls no one came to repair it. They would be saying “we will send someone this week” and that never happened. It has been more than 5 months now and I am still waiting on them.
