This company would not refund my security deposit after some issues were found with the house.. I had nothing to do with the issues that occurred.. I was told to move out and go to a hotel but was not told who was going to pay for my immediate uprooting.. was not even an eta of when I could move back in.. after about two weeks was told it could be 6 months before I could come back.. so I filed a court case and won.. Now can't get in touch with them to retrieve my money..

This is a previous tenant that had a long-term water leak in the kitchen and did not report this leak for months per section 11.3.5 of their lease. This section states, "Tenant agrees to report to landlord any malfunction of, or damage to, electrical, plumbing, heating or air conditioning systems immediately." We dispatched a licensed plumber as soon as tenant reported this issued to assess the leak. This property management company has been terrible from introduction 2018 until this day 6.2021. Their maintenance style is outdated inefficient and leaves tenants to fix things themselves. My condo in ******** has had yearly rent increases but no upkeep at all there is a leak under the kitchen sink that I have reported more than 5 times that has yet to be corrected.
