So far not happy, spent $1500 on stuff that didn't need to be done, but they said I needed. I was told by marc their claim to fame is the "road force alignment machine" well they didn't even do it on my car and he said they would! I got 4 brand new tires and they don't do an alignment?!? Car is pulling hard to right and steering wheel is not straight. They seem very disorganized. They said car drives like new - BS it drives exactly the same with same vibration & looseness.
