Very bad experience. The customer service representatives at the front reception didn’t seem to know what they were selling or who they were selling it to. I ended up wasting my time at this store. They initially told us that someone with Blue Cross insurance would have to pay an extra $225 for coverage, which didn’t make sense. When I questioned the price, it suddenly dropped to $75. Dr. Adrian was amazing, helped my husband and myself out so much getting the right glasses for the right price for us and doing our eye exams with such short notice! We won’t be going anywhere else but here for our lenses! 100% would recommend to anyone
