Now, that it is no longer a ran by Planet Fitness corp, this gym in Klamath Falls has gone to hell. The toilet has been broken in a men's room for well over 2 months, ( only one working toilet) the seats on the machines are all tore and cracked, takes forever to get the machines even worked on, and the machines need maintenance bad, they spent money on hand dryers in the men's room and didn't bother to fix the toilet. The Oregon locations that were purchased have declined rapidly. Spa equipment broken for weeks. Their reviews are negative and same with the BBB filings against them. It was such a great gym and now Black spa memberships may be worthless if they refuse to fix things like the Hiilsboro location.
Since these lazy guys bought my local Planet Fitness in Tigard, OR I have seen machine upkeep decline, operating hours cut ridiculously, and we haven’t had a working water fountain for several months! They are really trying to get me to go to a better gym since I can barely find time in my schedule to make it in to their gyms now. Closing at 10:00 pm every day?! Now the evening crowd will be even larger and the fight for machines even greater. Do better!!!

The South Naples PF in SW Florida has significantly deteriorated under the management of Easy Mile Fitness outfit. There are machines that have been broken for months and the staff has no clue when repairs will take place. The place is dirty and not maintained in the most basic needs. As I now read all the review for this company, I realize that they do not care and poor reviews do not move them.
