I lived here for around 4 years. I moved out Dec. of 2023. Overall, the place is nice for the price. I was paying $760/month for a 2bedroom/2bath with a small fenced in yard. The wall dividing your side and your neighbors is thin so you can hear if they’re loud people. There are only 2 parking spots per duplex which was inconvenient but not a deal breaker. BEWARE! WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE. The owners/ property manager is extremely racist. We were not allowed to have our children play outside without complaints. Had a guest spend the night at an apartment were paying for just for them to kick us out because we can’t have guest spend the night in a place we’re paying rent. And we were evicted because of this, we started to move our stuff out of the apartment and the owners came in and stole all of our stuff and changed the lock on the apartment even though we had until the... read more
Let me just say this I was evicted because I had a friend spend the night with me and they made it seem like it was a problem they also gave me a date to be out and that was June 26, 2024 well I end up moving before then which was a Friday, so that following Monday I couldn’t move my stuff the landlord broke into my apartment and stole my son PS5, HIS BED, MY TV and else stuff and I was told I couldn’t get my things and I was banned. I heard that the management here is completely unprofessional and unjustly evict people and their children out of the housing units. Not only do they not follow the what's written in the contracts and notices that are given out by the staff and property management they STEAL! They STEAL and throw away personal property. When I say steal, I'm talking about gaming systems, jewelry, furniture and more.
