Just curious, A how do you lose a patient? B how long before you guys knew James was missing? Asking for a friend.
Not a good workplace. Bad management...
Poor service and care for my son. Gave us notice because company "couldn't provide satisfactory care" their words. Staff training and accountability minimal. An individual staff person gave my son a controlled substance, causing reaction with his medication, overall Easy Living chose not to follow care plan and provide needed care.
