Had an appointment for a hearing assessment but called to reschedule and encountered a very rude and unprofessional receptionist to leave a message with Will never know how the services provided are of a professional quality, as the service provider's answering service was so off putting and disrespectful, I will schedule a hearing assessment elsewhere
5 stars for "Easy Listening" business and it's owner and operater, Marco. I had the best experience with him and left his office happy to be hearing again. He's very knowledgeable and professional. His personality and sense of humor helps you relax while you're there .He fixed my hearing aids and explained what was wrong. I highly recommend Marco for any and all of your hearing needs. If you need hearing equipment, adjustments or programming this is the place to go! I could not be happier with the experience, Marko gave me the ability to hear clearly, working with the manufacturer and reprogramming them to meet my hearing needs. He is absolute King of Hearing Aids , he will give you options that fit your hearing deficit/ to give you good correction . he will not upsell BS , he is on point for you and not his pocket . and this is why he has been my doctor for over 18 years , May God bless for his honest service !!
Very knowledgeable & great to deal with !!! Marko truly cares about his patients On 9/22/22 the volume of my hearing aids diminished ( normal wear and tear ) and Marko quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and got them as good as new again at minimal cost.
