I called in to get the price of a timing belt kit and installment ( and explain in detail the reason it was believed that was the problem) when I was told a price - I then asked that Erik to submit that fee in writing. We have offered to inspect Mrs Ruffiins vehicle but of course it requires a proper diagnosis from our trained technicians. There was never any communication that we need to do two diagnosis but she was advised that the shop she took her vehicle to may not have properly diagnosed the vehicle. We have suggested that Mrs Ruffin replace her timing belt on two previous visits to spring branch Honda in which she declined the work twice. If I could give this place no stars I would! I bought a car a month ago and it has been nothing but a hassle since! They gave me the recent student discount with my unofficial transcript as proof. I was told the unofficial transcript "would work" and nothing else was said about it when I bought the car. A few weeks later I got a stain and wanted to use my Ibex warranty and was told I couldn't because I hadn't turned in my official transcripts. We have spoken with Ms. Belanger regarding her required documents per American Honda guidelines. She has not provided what American Honda is requesting as her transcript must list a graduation date which it does not. She was not able to initially use her ibex due to this , yet we invited her in , placed her in loaner while we removed the stain and delivered her vehicle back to her in perfect shape.
