Message from Easy Fitness with Jeannie Jeannie M. Business Owner I found my passion for health and fitness around the age of 16. I was ill and tired of being sick and tired. On the suggestion of my doctor, I turned to exercise and diet to help me through this hard time. It wasn't easy at first. My diet consisted of soda, chips, and candy.
