If I could rate 0 stars I would. Chris (owner) spent 3/4 of his time on the phone, continued to answer phone calls and appeared unable to concentrate or complete the job required (for a $7000 home improvement to railing). He used parts that were faulty, took 7 months to return to fix the issues only to leave the job incomplete after two more visits. We used this business for several internal and outdoor aluminium balustrades over the space of about 9 months. The first two installations went ok, we had a few little hiccups but the end product seemed ok so we asked Chris (the owner) to do the third and final part of our job. Things went pear shaped when we noticed on installation that the external balustrade had different spacers to our other external Baulstrade that he had already installed. I got some handrails made and installed for my front steps and Easy Fit Balustrading did a fantastic job. They worked really hard to ensure the best look. It looks so good.
