If I could give them zero Stars I would. I bought a Hyundai Tucson from them in November of 2017 and it broke down three times within 9 days. A $7,000 car should not do that. The third time it broke down, it did so an hour and a half away from my home and they refused to help me after I notified them of the situation. That same day I dropped the key off because they needed it to tow it and left numerous messages at the dealership and finally went in there to discuss it with Lee and his brother. I've had an amazing experience with Easy Auto Sales. Morgan is very friendly and doesn't push anyone into a particular vehicle. Everyone is very courteous and polite. I will definitely go back to buy another car or truck
What a nightmare! These people talk a big game about helping refugees and if anything is wrong in the first 30 days bring it in and he will take care of it. Then when we had problems he completely changed and made us pay another $300 was completely rude and kept lying about when the car would be fixed. We made at least 10 trips to pick up the car and got lie after lie. Don't even step onto this guys property...his lot is a complete joke and once he gets your money the customer service turns into hell. What a nightmare! I hav... read more
