Tried to buy a vehicle. Spent two and a half hours there and came away with being close on a deal only had to run it by the owner. Never called so I went in the next day and after more wasted time he finally told me the owner felt my trade was too much truck for his lot. What a joke. Dont waste your time.
This is a horrible dealership. The price seemed great at first, but the difficulties that came with it were terrible. I paid in cash over a month ago, and have yet to see my title. First I was told it'd be a week, and then another week, and it's been nothing but trouble. I later received a call from Todd, saying they wanted $100 for my registration before he'd send the title. Beware of this company. Prices are good but Todd is a liar, rude and pushy. He will lie that if you dont come asap, the vehicle will be taken off the lot that day. Then call a few days later and say the same thing. When he doesn't hear what he wants, he will hang up on you. In my opinion, this is horrible customer service. If you want good prices but want to be treated like crap go here. Otherwise find another dealership that values your business.
