My car is in the shop again after 4 months of having a motor put in now it's having to have another one put in I'm getting the run around about when the car will be ready and all sunrise is worried about is their money and I tried to explain to Sandy about my situation and me not getting to work that many hours since my car is in the shop again she was worried about my second loan payment and car payment
This place is absolutely awful!! Do not deal with them!! I bought a Chevy Malibu from them over a year ago and have had nothing but problems!! I have three cars and this one holds the least value of any of my cars but the want triple what it’s worth!! Bought it as a gas saver for my commute to and from work, absolute junk!! Do not deal with these people or easy auto of Knoxville!! Scam artist!!
When I called to let sunrise know I had lost my job & may not be able to make my next payment the lady I had the pleasure of speaking with suggested I try to borrow the money from.someone & get back with her asap. She also grilled me about looking for a job & filing for unemployment Definitely not that amazing customer service I read about!
