Very technical and professional
This morning before work, I drove 40 mins to Brendale and purchased 10 roof tiles, we loaded the tiles in stacks of 5. When I arrived home I discovered the corner of one tile was broken off. Because we loaded the tiles in stacks of 5 it was easy to have not seen the tile was broken at the time of loading. I called the Brendale branch, and since their truck was travelling near my place, they dropped off 3 perfect replacement tiles. At 3pm today just before closing, the staff member in the shop went above and beyond to help out with 10 tiles as they were getting ready to shut. Excellent customer service and compassion for the fellow working man cant reccomend them enough for their service and pricing.
