Unprofessional approach.! Set a schedule for driving, didn’t show up on the day, called them , informed me that the instructor is stuck somewhere. They didn’t call to inform us. So called my business off with them
I am extremely disappointed with the experience my 18-year-old sister had with Easy and Affordable Driving School in Elk Grove, specifically with the instructor Jennifer. My sister's lesson was scheduled for 1:45 PM. At 1:40 PM, Jennifer sent a text message stating that the appointment had been changed to 3:00 PM. There was no professional introduction, no apology for the last-minute change, and no consideration for my sister's time.
