It was time of the year for a check up on my AC. I called and they were out the very next day exactly the time set up. TJ (Tom James) came and was courteous, explained as he went along doing things, efficient, clean and respectful. I would highly recommend both Easy AC and TJ. Thank you
Based on our experience, we would not recommend Easy A/C to anyone. The quality of service we received from the technician as well as management was horrible. We called Easy A/C to do a check & tune-up of our AC & air handlers after we purchased our new house. We have two AC units & two air handlers for our large house. The technician spent (in hindsight) a suspiciously much longer amount of time on one unit than the other. What a bunch of crooks! Do NOT use this company. They replaced a unit in our townhouse a little over a year ago, and the blower went out. The parts are still under warranty, but service is not. The repair tech quoted a service charge of $85 to replace the blower. They were supposed to call for approval before starting any repairs, which they did not do.
