Great cots for our daycare and even better customer service as we had a part break and they sent more of the same to cover us even well after the warranty was expired!
Excellent service and quality of merchandise! I ordered a cot and, on arrival, I , by accident, damaged 2 small legs on the item. I contacted the company willing to purchase a replacement for the ones I damaged, but they were kind enough to replace them free of charge (very rare now a days!) The Customer service ("Luis") was professional, prompt and very helpful and I commend him for a promotion!!!
