Current resident saying run not walk! Gate doesn’t work and hasn’t probably for decades. Big red roach infested ! Dishwasher doesn’t work and air conditioning is wishy washy! They don’t care about their tenants at all and management changes every week! Look elsewhere if you care about your family !

To be brief maintenance sucks, they take their time to come fix anything for you and the leading office is just the same. They are supposedly changing management so that's their new excuse to not fix anything. The manager doesn't even have the decency to come out and apologize for his incompetency. If they are changing management what does that have to do with me and my problem?
I have been living here since 2006 and what I love about it is that I am not renting I am a co owner. I have the freedom to redo my unit in what ever style I see fit. If you know anything about condo living co-op living is something like it only no assocation fees. There is a size that fit your needs.
