Many older people live here, not sure how they afford this, especially people who live alone. The lot rent has increased from $500 to $700 as of 2025. They will not take responsibility for the property, if a tree limb falls on your car and makes a dent, oh well. High is building more apartments on Greenfield Rd, it addition to the exact look alike mobile homes being built on Greenfield and Willow Rd. Have lived here 18 years. Love my home, location. Was told back then that the lot rent wouldn’t go up every year, that is a crock. Goes up every year, and getting nothing more than trash pickup and snow removal. Social Security gives us a little increase and you can count on High Associates to take it away. Just would like to know what warrants for the increases. We get no explanation, just the letter stating, yes it is going up again.
