This review is not based on the level of care. This review is based on the fact that this facility does not seem to care about the community around this facility. I have reached out several times living in close proximity due to the volume of noise at unreasonable times of the morning and night. Nothing gets resolved permanently. The staff does not care I even called one night because they were so loud behind my home at 1am and the gentleman I spoke to did not care. My MIl is being mistreated, they don’t care that they have to go to the bathroom, the one aid threw her bell on the other side of the bed so she wouldn’t ring it anymore, very dissapointed!
My experience here was the best around. Wonderful helpful staff very well run. Beds were comfy. Food was great. Learned a lot about myself and got tons of tools, coping skills, mindfulness teaching all groups insightful, easy laundry, tons of supplies giving:) The brotherhood and connection were just what I needed. Thank you Eastwood. Only thing I wished was that the piano and guitars needed fixing:) Still got a lot out of it!!! Definitely coming back for Alumni, AA meeting or two and help with the garden this summer!
They are a joke... Tell you one thing... You get to your next destination it's not the same thing... All they care about is money
