Rules enforced unfairly. One tenant stole from another tenant's room and was not evicted. Meanwhile, another tenant was evicted because her son spent the night. Bedbugs are rampant in the building because management and maintenance won't pay the necessary fees to get rid of them for good rather than chasing them from room to room in a circle. Would not recommend.
