Definitely needs either more rock and or paved throughout the whole trailer court the holes that are in the drive are ridiculously awful you can't drive through without at least hitting one or more pot holes they are so bad that they would mess a persons vehicle up...thats the only complaint everything else is good
Lived there for 9 years. It has many units which are a bit older. Owner and landlords Bill and Patty try to keep them in decent repair and do try to make service calls within a few days if they can. Sometimes there is a back log, too... they do what they can and upkeep has become a full time 7 day a week job. Most residents are personable or keep to themselves... sometimes you get hotheads or "unhygienic" people they dont usually stay long, bill and patty try to make it nice as possible for their renters.
