Eastwood properties is a joke, they do not take care of tenant needs. My car was broken into on the property and they essentially told me to suck it up. The overpriced washer and dryer looks to be from the 80s and rarely works, there’s no sign of them updating them anytime soon. For them to charge the rent they do and then charge for laundry is robbery. Now the employees(maintenance and office) are great and try to help but you can tell they are limited by the management.
