Once you close on the home it is nearly impossible to get in contact with this company. I have had to submit multiple warranty requests, and only one of them has been responded to. Started out with a good experience, but can no longer recommend this company to anyone. The warranty contract states they will address nail pops and caulking issues 1 time, but they do not. They will simply ignore the warranty request, phone call, voicemail etc. I submitted the first attempt two months ago so they have had far more than enough tim... read more
