My wife and I just signed our purchase agreement to build in Waterford Commons. Brittany, our sales associate, has been fantastic to work with. No pressure and answered all our questions. We are now starting the design process. So far our experience with Eastwood Homes has been top notch. They were also very accommodating of us having a realtor. I highly recommend you stop by and meet with Brittany if you are considering new construction and Waterford Commons!

So excited to see this community finally open for Rock Hill! The model is absolutely stunning! I love all the choices they made from building all the way down to the decorating. The homesites feel spacious, the community is quiet and in a great location for all things Rock Hill has to offer. Brittany is a wonderful sales agent; I cannot say enough good things about her! This neighborhood is a must see!
