So excited to see this community finally open for Rock Hill! The model is absolutely stunning! I love all the choices they made from building all the way down to the decorating. The homesites feel spacious, the community is quiet and in a great location for all things Rock Hill has to offer. Brittany is a wonderful sales agent; I cannot say enough good things about her! This neighborhood is a must see!

Waterford Commons is finally open! The homes are absolutely stunning, and each build is unique! The Eastwood team at Waterford Commons has been great to work with! The communication and building process have been 5 star. Brittany and Chad have been great to work with we truly appreciate them! We are so happy we chose this builder and neighborhood.
