Building a new home can be very overwhelming. You need the people who work for the home builder to be on your side and looking out for your best interests, at the same time they are running their own business. That's not an easy ask when you think about it! We went into the building project with Eastwood with hopes and plans that would only work if the right people were on the other side for us. We could not be more pleased with our new home. All of the Eastwoods staff were excellent to work with, especially Laurie and Ryan. Laurie had all the answers for us during the sales process. Ryan's attention to detail during construction was top notch. If I found an issue or had a question regarding the build, he was always one step ahead and addressing it. We could not be happier with the finished product.
Sometimes one keeps an open mind, takes slow easy inhalations and things turn out OK. To say that moving into my Eastwood Home at the Villas at Prestwick was easy..... rather it was a delight. At every step from builder interface to after move-in questions, I experienced the confidence that I was cared for in settling into my new home here in Mooresville, NC.
