Roaches and rats every where
Terrible management. Spiteful uses of power, manipulation to get people in lease agreements. And intentional intemidation when you want to move. Lie's of rent negotiations then petty amounts owed with a 30 day notice. Just unnecessary tactics to try to intimidate tenants. Been there for three years and been a model tenant besides the things made up. I have recorded conversations and paperwork. Not a comfortable place to live.
This is a situation that we must pay close attention too, this is not everyone's situation and I hope no one else encounter such mischif when signing contracts. I'm not sure which address you speak of. But looking at the picture of this building is funny because walking down the stairs after a while I remember that it's just 5 floors? There is no second floor, no second floor button, I actually thought this building went up to 5 stories. But I count 6 floors not including the 2nd floor? I've been here 2 odd years and just found out about 2 or 3 months ago that there are stairwells beside the one I've been using for two years that only the janitors travel.
