I like it here better than most
I live here and they let drug heads run amok and I'm bed ridden and our upstairs neighbors are always threatening to shoot me through the ceiling and I even tried calling the police to report it but the management just tell me I need evidence..how am I supposed to record through the ceiling?? don't move here if you value your sanity.. the landlord said she will handle it but it's Ben 2 year almost of this stuff
Never fix anything, our heat never works because they're too cheap to replace the system instead they just add parts and hope for the best. Our electric trips at any chance it gets, our water heater doesn't keep hot water for more than 5 minutes, and when you tell them about even one of the problems, its such a huge hassle to even help, so please do NOT waste your time and money here.
They used to be good but now they are not. Won't repair anything. Wish the former owners hadn't left.
I wouldn't reccomend these apartments they dont fix anything there they show favoritism, and when you try to contact the corporate office they never return your phone call!!! but they can put letters in your door about rent. someone broke in the office out there and they tried to frame me for it worst apartments Iv ever lived in!!!
