Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? They seemed to know enough Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Was this provider's office easy to locate? Only with clear directions

Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did this OBGYN pressure you to use certain birth controls or medications? No, not at all

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so
