My spouse and I lived in in Eastwind apartments for three years (2020-2023), and we had a very negative experience in this building. We lived in two different units (one on the first floor and another on the second floor), so we have a pretty good sense of what this building is like. Most of the people who lived at Eastwind were grad students & working-class people who needed a cheap place to live near the University of Michigan, and CMB treated us poorly, IMO. Appartment was very clean at th time of arrival. It was very convenient to self check in. Staff is very friendly and helful and available 24/7 on a call. Enjoyed staying here for 2 weeks. Looking forward to stay again in future. Excellent location as convenient shopping, dining, park visit within 10 minutes.
Terrible experience. Had a dog bite my ankle once and the owners say absolutely nothing. I brought this up to management and they did nothing about it. When I left I had someone take over my lease and I coordinated with management months in advance for them to absolutely drop the ball on me. Cnb apartments is absolutely worthless. The people who live here are trash.
